Traxee helps customers request taxi rides and discover local guide recommendations in Cyprus. Ride requests are subject to driver availability and confirmation.

Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submitting a Schedule a Drive request does not create an automatic confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after direct driver or company confirmation.

Pricing and Availability

Displayed prices, estimates, or labels are informational and may vary by route, timing, passenger count, luggage, and special requests. Night, holiday, or peak-time adjustments may apply.

Passenger Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, destination details, and contact information. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect details may affect service.

Third-Party Recommendations

Local listings and recommendations are provided as a convenience. Traxee does not guarantee third-party availability, pricing, or service quality.

Cancellations and Delays

If plans change, contact your driver as early as possible. Last-minute changes may not always be possible and may affect pricing or availability.
